Kate Update

3 months old and so much fun! Kate is a talker. I think she realized that she can make noise, she often babbles, sings, yells, and laughs. Her smiles and laughter are the best. Ryan is really good at getting her going. The jumperoo is a fub toy for her to play in. The first few times she didn't really get it, but know shes a jumping pro. She giggles and smiles at all the toys but hasn't figured out how to use her hands and play with them. We've been practicing grabbing objects. I can put them in her hand and she'll grasp and shake it. We're also working on rolling over and siiting (in the bumbo seat). Kate has really strong legs. She enjoys standing up in our laps when being held. We had to buy a different baby bath tub because her liitle legs would kick half the water out of the old one creating a big mess. The new one is deeper and overall much better (its a Primo). As far aas temperment, she only fusses now when she really needs something. The days of frequent needless fussing are hopefully behind us. And a big hit with me is that she will fall asleep on her own now. I'm trying to get her sleeping habits on more of a routine schedule. One nap a day is now taken in her crib and she'll fall asleep on her own after I put her down. I'm trying to get her used to the crib so I can do the night time transition there. Ryan and I are ready to give her the boot from our bedroom. :)
