Aidan was born on February 24th at 2:10 am. Weighing 9lbs 4 oz and 21 inches long. He is a healthy baby boy! I was able to deliver at the birth center at Providence Hospital in Southfield. It was a successful, drug free/intervention free birth. I went to the hospital at 6 pm expecting to have my water broken to get labor going. However, my body decided to do things on its own. By 9 pm I was contracting pretty good. I spend most of the time in the whirlpool tub. At 1:30 I began pushing at at 2:10 I was holding Aidan in my arms.
