Wow, we are into the month of March. The weather this week feels so nice. I really hope it sticks around. I took Kate on a walk yesterday and she was happy to wave hello to all the trees and cars.
Its hard to believe that she will be One this month. I was remembering today how I was feeling, all big and pregnant, just a year ago. This past year with Kate has been the best year of my life. She is such a joy and so much fun. Lately she is a miniature tornado, sure to leave a path of destruction wherever she goes! :) Her favorite thing is to empty bags, boxes and bookshelves. She is so cute, it's hard to get upset when shes doing it. So is only crawling, which is fine by me. I don't think she will walk for awhile yet, she really doesn't show any interest.
I'm having fun planning Kate's party. It will be at Kevin's sisters house, since our house is way too small. She has a beautiful house that she is graciously letting us use. I finished up the party decorations and little details over the weekend. Now I am beginning the baking. I'm planning to do a small dessert table. I will try not to go overboard......
